I took my bike for a tune up and they only charged me $35!! Last year I went to Bicycle Bobs and they charge $80 I didn't see any difference on the service except the guys at the Isla Vista shop are more layed back. Overall the services are way cheaper than everyone else. The ivbikes.com website does not exist their new website is islavistabicycles.net
