I went to buy two inner tubes for my kid's bikes. The total came to $11.90 and I only had $9.00 in cash. There is a hand drawn sign that states only transactions of of $20 or more may use a credit/debit card. I asked why such a high limit and was told that there was a 1% transaction fee and batch fee charged by the credit company and that it wasn't worth it. I was told that there was an ATM around the corner which I knew would charge a transaction fee of $2 plus my bank would charge another $2 foreign ATM transaction fee. This business would rather I pay $4 to shop there rather than add the service fees to their product mark up or pay the 12 cent transaction fee. I bought only one tube and will not shop there again.
