Towpath Bike is a perfect example of people's complaints about snotty, arrogant bike shops and staffers. Every time I've visited this shop, the staff have been rude, and most recently when I disagreed with a salesman on a technical feature, he followed me to my car yelling at me. This is unacceptable and I will no longer be shopping at Towpath.
