Reviews  By Frank F from Kill Devil Hills, NC Posted Jul 26, 2015 I observed the owner of KDHC having a discussion with a lady who had been run down (hit and run) by a cyclist whom she was trying to identify. He was exceedingly rude and essentially told her that she shouldn't have been a pedestrian where cyclist ride and that she should get over it. The owner and his employees are elitist and act as if cyclists are immune to the laws of the road, not to mention being rude. I'll never set foot inside Kill Devil Hills Cycle again and encourage you to abandon them as well.
