Sold me a bike with a defective fork and when I returned the next day, the twits at the shop told me it was my fault. I had to contact the manufacturer (Trek/Fisher), and they had to call the shop and tell them to stop acting like jerks and replace the fork. Don't bother to ask any substantive questions about the bikes - they don't know a thing in this shop. All they can do is recite marketing nonsense from the manufacturers like trained parrots.
