The bike shop merged with another local shop a few years ago and recently moved to a new location on North Arkansas Avenue. I have had nothing but good experience with the shop since before the move to the new location.

I bought a bike there and the left crank arm fell off after a week of owning the bike i took it back and supposedly he put a new crank arm are on it, but it comes to find out he put a used crankset (partially stripped put threads) on it with miss matched crank arms (one 170mm and one 175mm) the bike was still under warranty, he should have put new OEM parts on it but instead put used parts that were worse than OEM. DO NOT BUY A BICYCLE HERE, go to highlander instead, you may pay more but the service is much better (how could it be any worse)
