Campagnolo North America Inc
5431 Avenida Encinas # Centre Reviews ![]() By barbara mau from san clemente, CA Posted Jan 8, 2011 I have consistently been using all kinds of Campagnolo components since 1982 and have never had a single problem and I ride A LOT. They work flawlessly and last forever. Many are backwards compatible, and you can always find parts. Regarding the nasty comment above about the front derailleur cage snap, no, not all "Campy certified mechanics" know what they're doing. I've encountered quite a few who are experts at everything, and masters at nothing and have actually damaged things because they aren't careful and think they know it all. And this guy's attitude is characteristic of the typical narcissistic athlete who turns ugly at the slightest frustration of his never-to-be met personal requirements that everything revolve around his needs. Campagnolo is quality and a class act all the way, even their lower in the line components are excellent. I wish I spoke Italian so I could get a job there and live in Italy. LOL ![]() By Brad Rothman from Boulder, CA Posted Apr 16, 2010 Beautiful components, but they won't stand behind them. I had a Chorus front derailleur cage snap on my BMC after less than 1,000 miles. The bike is meticulously maintained by a Campy certified mechanic. Campagnolo refused to warranty it by claiming that it's failure must have been caused by improper installation. Really? Because Campy certified mechanics don't know how to install a front derailleur? What a joke of a customer service/warranty department. The thing never missed a shift until it snapped, but next time I'm going for Shimano or SRAM. Screw those arrogant jerks at Campagnolo. ![]() By Dennis J from Rochester, ny Posted Nov 26, 2009 All I can say is Id love to work for a company that produces(not just TALKS ABOUT) products that not only last, but are an absolute better value in the long run. I have both 8 and 10 speed groups that have seen high mileage with longer lasting chains, cassettes, bearings finishes and rebuildability far superior to that of the competition. Having worked in a bike shop, the glee of showing my friends the superiority of your product and seeing their changing opinions has been very satisfying for both myself and them. I will purchase 11 speed for my next build (probably chorus, great for most of us who no longer race) and keep all my bikes CAMPGNOLO!
