I met the owner of the store. I had a bike problem but the owner said that he wouldn't service the bike because it was too cheap and therefore not worth his time or effort. I went to Amazon Bikes, which wasn't in my neighborhood, and there I received fast and friendly service. I would much rather drive 9 miles to Amazon Bikes than wheel my bike a block and a half to Leucadia Cyclery. No wonder why locals despise the cycling packs when they have such a snotty attitude.

I have a past history of this business building several bikes for me. I gave a stretched timeline, than what I was originally told.
But My Italian Steel Frame + Campagnolo Groupset was not assembled by the extra timeline that I gave.
Extreme disappointment, for this business whom I approved of, in the past.
