Sales prices are not a sale compared to other LBS, awful service and follow-up on specially ordered items... you have to make sure they actually placed the order. They offered a discount on the phone after admitting they didn't place my order (2 weeks later) yet took my money up front. When I went into the shop, nothing was offered... not even a 10% discount on items in stock (as a good will gesture) which I can get at several other lbs on a regular basis. Will continue to support other lbs that have demonstrated they want my business. Will not shop with them ever again.
