We arrived close to closing time but they did not hurry us at all. They really have a lot of knowledge and helped us decide which bike was good for us. Don't trust the website pages for pricing because they had a special going on. They were fair and friendly. So check before you go somewhere else. I went back the next day and bought my bike.
