Several time Koslow has directed me to a cheaper and better options instead of selling me the more expensive. One last note. They stand behind their work. I was trying to determine how much it was going to cost to make a bike from different parts, and they were more than happy to help. The prices were fairly high for parts, but when I was browsing around, the complete bike's seemed to be reasonably priced. Pros - Very attentive and helpful staff, great selection (if you like Giant and Schwinn) Cons - a bit pricey, but not too bad. I'll definitely be back if I ever need help with anything.
