I have traded with Koslow for years and they always have great customer service. in addition they are very knowledgeable and do not try to sell you items you do not need. Several time Koslow has directed me to a cheaper and better options instead of selling me the more expensive.

One last note. They stand behind their work.

I went into this place with the recommendation of a friend, and they were very kind and helpful. I was trying to determine how much it was going to cost to make a bike from different parts, and they were more than happy to help. The prices were fairly high for parts, but when I was browsing around, the complete bike's seemed to be reasonably priced.
Pros - Very attentive and helpful staff, great selection (if you like Giant and Schwinn)
Cons - a bit pricey, but not too bad.
I'll definitely be back if I ever need help with anything.
