Reviews ![]() By David L from LaGrange, IL Posted Sep 2, 2010 I went to Terry's this past July to pick up a bike my wife had dropped off a day earlier and while the mechanic (a less than jolly but still polite man named Vince) explained the service he had performed and how to best avoid further service I witnessed the owner (Terry I presume) have a complete meltdown at the lovely young lady working as the cashier. Seriously right in front of myself and two other customers, it was no suprise that when he walked away the young lady and a fortysomething mulleted coworker began openly criticizing him and his use of "lotion in the bathroom". I do not want to know the context of that conversation I think I'll just avoid this place all together, I'd advise you do the same ![]() By George C from Countryside, IL Posted Sep 5, 2009 I bought a bike here a few years ago and generally was satisfied with the price and the product. But I've been back a few times for part upgrades and they basically act as though you're not worth the time. Today was the last straw. I was in line, at the counter, for 25 minutes and they walked right past me to attend to customers who'd just came in. Twice the owner himself did it without even acknowledging me. It was disgusting. Save yourself some time, energy, and money folks...there's a great new shop that opened in Worth and they truly are a class act.
