This is a great shop! My bike of 30+ years needed a tune-up and now it rides like a dream. All the people I dealt with there, in person and on the phone, were courteous and helpful. I'm just a bike rider--I know nothing about bikes and just tool about on mine for pleasure, but they made me feel welcome; the personnel in other area bike shops gave me the feeling that since I'm not a "serious" rider my needs weren't important. I live in Southeastern KS and will recommend Turner's to my friends who are often at a loss as to where to take a bike since we have nothing down here.
