Went into the store on 2 different occasions, observed employees playing on bikes. During my 1st visit, I waited 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Realized employees were having so much fun on bikes, so I abandoned my search for a new bike information and to get my older bike updated.
On my finally attempt to have my older bike updated, again the employees were horsing around and again I was ignored.
Due to the complete unprofessional staff and lack of acknowledgement to me, I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
