If no stars was an option,I'd choose that. As I entered the store,there was customer ahead of me. A regular I'm guessing by the conversation he was having with a salesman. Mainly about rolling a tennis ball under his foot and other exercises from surgery. The next salesman came out from the back to assist another customer that walked in after me and the saleswoman helped the next couple after him. I walked the sales floor 3 times and was never asked to be helped in any way. After 11 minutes of listening to post surgery exercises and watching others assisted,I left. No sale from me !!!
