I purchased a Cannondale F5 from these guys, got it home and it was too small. I left an email with them via their website and the next day I had a response from Chad. He told me to bring the bike in and he would make it right. I have heard horror stories about other bike stores and didn't really expect a complete bike swap-instead I expected that they would attempt to make this bike half-arse fit me. I was thrilled with the response I got. While I was there, I purchased a different seat for the bike and they installed it immediately. I felt like I was a gold club member or something. You also could tell that they are all bikers and know their customers. They have a large selection of high end road bikes if that's what you are looking for also. I found them well outfitted and eager to help. Thanks for great customer service-something that is lacking in most places these days. I highly recommend these guys.
