If you don't like it stay away from it - don't bash it. WVC is a local bike shop, a simple guy trying to make it work. Does he have the latest and greatest or most expansive stock, no but the guys trying and he can get basiscally whatever you need. Give him a shot; you can't beat the service and you don't have to sit and wait from someone to help you like the larger stores do...
