The bike is great and every time I've gone in for any questions or help I might need the folks there have been fast, efficient and friendly.  By JS from Odessa, TX Posted Sep 28, 2009 They have few mountain bikes and one of the owners told me that they are not interested in mountain bikes because the money is in road bikes. OK, but what about the needs and desires of their customers. I will probably not go back. I have recently moved to the area and would love to support Bicycles Etc., my now local bike shop. Unfortunately, they do not seem to care if they get any new customers. About a month ago, I was with a friend when he went into the store and bought a new star fangled nut. He asked them to install it and they told him that they were busy to perform this 60 second task. Today, I went in because I needed some down tube shifter boss cable stops. I was told that they did not have any and that I should go online and try to find them. I was surprised that they were not helpful at all.
