Reviews  By Russell B. from Provo, UT Posted Mar 6, 2010 I love Taylor's Bike Shop. I will go to them whenever I can, and I reccomend to anyone to go there. They provide amazing customer service, and are so helpful. I can remember three specific instances when an employee spent at least 15 minutes there answering all my questions and teaching me about bikes. I've bought two bikes from there. I have been very satisfied with both. Plus, they provide an amazing package upon buying a bike. You get a free tool kit, free adjustments within like a 30 day period, and the most amazing is you get a voucher for five free tune-ups. I think that is amazing. It just gets you the basic tune-up package, but you can pay just a little more and get a better package, or the deluxe tune-up package. I've had my bike for years, and I still have at least two tune-ups left. I am very satisfied with Taylor's Bike Shop, I'd reccomend you go there. Thanks for reading.
