Reviews ![]() By cameron r from harrisonburg, VA Posted Jan 17, 2011 i love marks, ive been supporting them ever since i started riding. the staff is always helpful and is willing to teach me how to make a repair, not just do it themselves. ive got 4 bikes from there and love them all. the only thing i dont like about them is that they dont have many major brands such as trek, specialized, etc., though diamondback, jamis, and felt are all very good brands. ![]() By Brent W from Clifton Forge, VA Posted Jan 10, 2011 Check reviews on other sites like Mountain Zone and merchantarticle.com. Many five star reviews in all categories, I found staff to be helpful and honest. ![]() By Albert M from harrisonburg, VA Posted Sep 23, 2009 The Mechanic broke part of my rear deraileur during a tune up and made me pay for the replacement part.(~15~) I will never go back to this establishment. Not only that, but I had to go to another bike shop to get the replacement, further inconveniencing me. His reason was that my bike must have crashed, bending part of my rear deraileur. It snapping while he bent it back was not his fault. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
