I was touring in WA a few weeks back and my front gear shifter gave up the ghost (on a brand new bike!!!). The guys at Bike tech tried to fix it and when they couldn't, they got on the phone to the Shimano rep and organized a replacement part for me overnighted from Shimano, on warranty. It was all sorted out and I was on my way in two days. Special shout out to Steve the service manager...THESE GUYS ROCK!! GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!.
