I ended up buying my bike there because of price, but they don't really have their stuff nailed down. They have a "red phone" system for contacting their online operation, but the interface between their online business and the store is a mess. I ordered the bike online, but when I came to the store, I was not in their system. I bought some accessories to install on the bike when it arrived and they told me to call them on the day of arrival to tell them there was an item in the back waiting for the bike. They should have this kind of thing nailed down. They seemed kind of disorganized.
