All the guys in the shop from sales, fitting and mechanic made my experience a pleasant one. I purchased a Giant Defy Advanced 1 and I am satisfied with all aspects of the bike from fit, performance, style and value. Tony spent a lot of time adjusting the fit and finding the right saddle which has made a big difference in my comfort and performance on the new bike. I recommended a friend to Tacoma Bike after her frustration with the level of service at her old shop while looking for a new saddle.
