I didn't end up buying one because I could not part with my Kona Stinky, but the manager was willing to talk to me about different aspects of mountain biking and took time to explain how the bike I was going to buy worked and how to make adjustments. The staff was very kind and help full, and if I ever need anything, this will be the only shop I will go to. A couple other shops I went to seemed to be too busy to help me and acted arrogant. It's all about customer service and this place rocks. By Mark W from Spokane Valley, WA Posted Oct 5, 2009 When I wanted to spend ~$2000 on a new road bike, this is the first shop I went to because I have been so happy with this shop since I bought a mt bike here 7 years ago. I have been sending friends and aquaintences here also that have almost no biking experience. They have come away with new bikes very happy with the time they took to fit the bike to their body and their needs.
