We purchased a bike from this shop and they gave a 1 year free tune ups and repairs. The chain broke after 2 months and we have attempted to take it there on 6 occasions and the shop is NEVER opened and we tried calling and no answering machine. What's the point in giving away service if your never there! Very disapointed
