I am a huge supporter of local bike shops but I cannot recommend this one. We bought a bike as a surprise gift for our son. We weren't sure about the size and explained the situation to the people we worked with. When we were able to size the bike up to our son we discovered the bike was far too big and there were no other options available through this shop. They were unwilling to let us return the bike.

A local bike shop is supposed to be an alternative to the online mega shops where you can get service and personal attention. You won't find that at Colorado Springs Bike Shop.

We've done a lot of business through Old Town Bike Shop just down the road and are much happier there.
