I encountered a group of very stand-up guys. I can only imagine that they have to deal with many prima-donna customers. The staff at Illinois Cycle and Fitness have given generously of their time, talents, and resources for the community good.

will no longer do business here...owner is a liar and con artist....sold me the heaviest downhill tires known to man for my xc bike....being naive, i assumed they were selling me a quality product matching my needs.....in reality, they were unloading a product no one else would have bought, because they took me as an easy target....these tires had been hanging there for a long time....told me they would fit when i questioned the size of them, but the front one rubbed against the fork...said he would exchange the tires for an xc version, then when i get to the shop after three weeks of them stalling me, the deal he promised was not what he offered me any longer and he insisted i pay more money for a cheaper set of tires in addition to giving him the more expensive tires back....he also had a real attitude with me and changed his story several times throughout this process....
